Why is there a skills shortage of Business Analysts?

Technology is moving at an incredible pace therefore, increased the demand for a new generation of Business Analysts. This new breed of Business Analyst requires technical expertise combined with the skills to investigate, model and transform a business system to create innovative solutions.

QA Consulting (QAC) launch Business Analysis Programme.

In 2017 more than 1.3 million job postings for core IT positions were placed by UK employers, a 6% increase from 2016. Nearly 10% of these vacancies were for IT business analysts, architects and systems designers. (Source CRN)

To address the skills shortage for Business Analysts, QAC has developed a new programme through their world-leading Academy to provide the next generation of project ready Business Analysts who will have the knowledge and skills to investigate, model and transform a business system, with high quality outcomes tightly aligned to business requirements.

Through direct relationships with over 50 leading Universities QAC recruit talented graduates with demonstrable interest in pursuing a career in Business Analysis. The first cohort of Consultants has resulted in 60% women – further credit to QACs stance on diversity within the tech industry. Our next generation of Business Analysts are available for hire from mid-November 2018.
