AWS re:Start Programme
A huge initiative we have been involved in to help promote diversity in the workplace is our partnership with Amazon Web Services. We have partnered with AWS re:Start, which is a training programme dedicated to getting people back into work or re-starting their careers. The first group we have been focusing on is military servicemen and women, and their spouses. Here we are training people with the hope that they have a chance of graduating into technical roles.

Tech Talent Charter
QA is an active member of the Tech Talent Charter. The Tech Talent Charter believes, that there should be a more diverse, inclusive, fairer and commercially successful tech workforce and industry. We want to help them tackle this head on and we aim to work together to bring together industries and organisations and help drive diversity and address gender imbalance in technology roles.
The WIT Network
We have partnered with the Women in Technology (WIT) Network – an organisation that is going from strength to strength and is predicted to be the largest network of women in technology in the world.
Girls Talk London
We are proud to be partnered with Girls Talk London, it's part of our commitment towards developing an inclusive and diverse workforce within the tech industry.
We want to inspire the next generation of IT Consultants and have launched a Consultant Ambassador Programme to help us do it! Our Ambassadors will be sharing their stories and giving advice to those who are looking to kickstart their career in IT.
