Our Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives

Teach the Nation to Code

Teach the Nation to Code is a FREE UK-wide workshop series that aims to close the UK's digital skills gap.

Our workshops are aimed at empowering those looking to enter the world of technology by giving them the basic skills to succeed in their technology careers no matter your background, creating greater innovation and inclusion.

AWS re:Start Programme

A huge initiative we have been involved in to help promote diversity in the workplace is our partnership with Amazon Web Services. We have partnered with AWS re:Start, which is a training programme dedicated to getting people back into work or re-starting their careers. The first group we have been focusing on is military servicemen and women, and their spouses. Here we are training people with the hope that they have a chance of graduating into technical roles.

Check out the AWS re:Start programme here.
